After obtaining the qualification to practice as a fiduciary accountant and the qualification as an auditor, I undertook various work experiences in the sector of corporate accounting and tax consultancy both at a Swiss and international level. This allowed me to acquire a profound knowledge of Swiss and international accounting regulations (Swiss Gaap, IFRS, US Gaap) until I assumed the role of Group Financial Controller in 1997 for important multinational groups with headquarters in Italy operating in the logistics sector. with particular focus on the automotive sector (Merzario Spa, Luigi Serra Spa and Merzario Autolog – official Fiat Auto Group shippers). During these years I held the role of Group Consolidator, dealing with the Financial Management with the closing of the consolidated financial statements of over 40 Group companies active worldwide, as well as dealing with the ordinary management and closing of the statutory financial statements of the Swiss Luigi Serra branch International SA and the Luxembourg sub-holding Merzario International SA, owner of the subsidiaries in the USA and Far East areas of consolidation. Starting from 2004, I was hired in leading trust companies active at an international level, covering managerial roles in the most varied sectors of business consultancy which allowed me to acquire an international background, working for various structures based in Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom. United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. From 2007 to today I have taken on important mandates in the Swiss tax consultancy sector, gaining high-level multi-year expertise by working alongside important players active at a Swiss level. From 2007 to 2017 I was active as an auditor with auditors active in Switzerland, dealing with various limited and ordinary audit mandates for multinational companies active at a Swiss and international level. In 2018 I was co-founder and partner of GJT W.M. SA, a multi family office active in asset management and business consultancy. In 2020 I became the owner and founder of SiPaFid SA, a company specialized in corporate accounting and tax consultancy and in tax and Family Office services for individuals where I currently hold the position of CEO.
