I began my career as a Prosecutor in the Executive Career of the Ministry of Finance, in February 1973. After two years of apprenticeship, I became Director of 2nd Class and was assigned to the Management of the Accounting Auditor Service of companies in the Milan sector.
Since 1997 Responsible for the checks of the 8th Rep. of the Milan Tax Office. At the same time, due to the successes obtained in the tax control activity, I was also assigned the responsibility of managing the Tax Dispute Service.
I managed the tasks until June 1985, when I left the service to take care of my professional activity.
I had reached the highest rank, Section Director and boasted recognition as the best Italian official in the years 1981 – 1983 – 1984 with a record of successful assessments and tax trials won close to 100%.
In 1981, at the request of the Milan Traders’ Association, I began working as a lecturer to teach the Association’s members about administrative/fiscal management and correct business management.
In 1985 I established 108 New Capital Companies for the traders registered with the Association (Notary Milioti), an absolute record for the activities of a Professional Firm.
In 1985 I resigned from the A.F., having established the CLC Service Center in 1980, with headquarters in Piazza Lima: three floors of accounting offices with over 30 employees and collaborators.
From the day of my resignation, it became Studio Campisi & Partners, with over 600 companies managed and administered.
Currently (Sources CCIA of Milan) I hold positions in 8 companies and in my professional activity I have held 46 other positions: mayor, board member, auditor.
Among these, multinationals (NFO Bulk, Willich, Riva etc.), companies listed on the stock exchange (Veneta Gas and Serenissima Gas – Gruppo AEM and others), important purchasing cooperatives at European level (Coeco, EuroCME, Innovazione etc.) important large-scale retail groups ( Miti Spa, Unes etc.), important cultural bodies such as the OXFORD School Group and others.
For over 27 years Studio Campisi has been a point of reference in the Milan of fashion, over 240 commercial companies have been clients of the Studio and among these stand out big names such as Versace (administration of three companies of the Group that managed all the shops in Italy ) Kaiserman (the famous designer and creator of the Maison Ralph Lauren of which I was for two years – 4 fashion presentations, controlling partner) Verri, Les Copains and others.
Furthermore, the Models’ Union and two of the most important Modeling Agencies were based in the Studio.
At the end of the 90s, I began to travel abroad, in search of new stimuli. At the time, I organized important conferences (Tehran with the patronage of the Italian Embassy) and above all the meeting between Dubai and Italy, eight months of meetings and industrial and commercial cooperation projects for the creation of the Italy Village in the free zone, officially presented in Milan on 21 February 2001, at the Sala delle Colonne, in the headquarters of the Banca Popolare di Milano, Ernesto Paolillo General Director, Guest of the most important Business Bank of the Emirates, Dubai Investments Park, operation managed by the C.I.E.E, Club International d’ Expansion Ecomunique, founded and chaired by me. Honorable presence Talik Altayer, President of the Institute.
In those years, in search of new stimuli, I began to deal with the development of a revolutionary formula acquired in the United States of America, in partnership with Dr. Paul Chehade (future candidate for the office of President of the USA, and Engineer Fabrizio Signorelli , well-known researcher.
Today the MPCD formula and protocols (held in the AIKU International container) are recognized as the only protocol capable of reclaiming land polluted by hydrocarbons with in situ interventions. Certified by numerous universities (Polytechnic of Milan, Catania, Ferrara, Sapieza of Rome, Bicocca of Milan, ISPRA, University of Lagos – on interventions requested by Shell, and by numerous territorial control bodies such as Arpa Calabria, Arpa Puglia, Arpa Toscana, Arpa Veneto, Arpa Lombardia, Arpa Piedmont, Puglia Region, Environmental Services etc…)
They are now commonly used by the major Oil & Gas operators: Eni, Q8, Tamoil, Shell, Lukoil, Gazprom, Enel, Saras etc…
The Petrohemija petrochemical center of Belgrade (50% Gazprom and 50% Serbian State) gave me the important task of proceeding with the rewamping and reclamation planning of the entire area (equal to the metropolitan area of Milan9 also using the engineering structure of AIKU CONSORTIUM created by me with the important International Group TIA Spa with headquarters in 5 countries, including France and CH, global specialist in the treatment of nuclear waste, asbestos, lead etc…

I will only briefly mention my activity as a builder, to which I dedicated myself as a hobby around the years 2007-2010, with the construction of a luxury condominium, park and swimming pool, 27 apartments in Forte dei Marmi, Villa Padronale complex and building for 12 apartments in Como, where I currently live, condominiums in Lecco, Ponte di Legno etc… and a village of villas (140 m²) destined for Nocera Umbra after the well-known earthquake.
And much more that covers 50 years of serious and professional activity, which finds its natural outlet in the recent creation of the I2T scientific hub in Switzerland, where, under the direction of Professor Francesco Zanini, 5 researchers and university professors ( Lausanne, Bicocca, Brussels etc… etc) are developing futuristic projects in the environmental, agriculture, lighting, refrigeration and above all high performance photovoltaic sectors capable of revolutionizing their respective markets.
